Food Hacks for Keto, Paleo, Low Carb, & HCG P3 / HCG P4

I have been eating a Low Carb lifestyle including no sugar, starches, or beans, etc for a very long time. Currently, my food plan is somewhere close to Keto, however I eat a bit more protein and digestible vegie style carbs than when I was strict Keto, so perhaps it is between Paleo and Keto.

I have often been asked how I manage to eat almost no sugar or digestible carbs. Thankfully, I have discovered many alternative foods and recipes that are seriously SO GOOD, that I rarely miss my sugar and carb days. I am definitely not into deprivation, and I LOVE food!

I am happy to share a few of my favorites with you. I have only included items here that have good ingredients and that I love and eat 🙂

  • 518 Kitchen
Frozen Keto Meals Delivered. These meals are amazing, yummy, and filling. High quality protein, Organic, responsibly sourced and more than just gluten free, very low carb with good ingredients. I love many of their options and ordered these regularly.

  • Flock Chicken Chips
Nothing but chicken and salt, these are amazing! Crunchy and filling, I easily eat 2 bags 🙂 The best high protein zero carb snack. I love this company; they use local farmers and supplier and do not add any filler to their food. This is a ‘must have’ food to try.

  • Catalina Crunch Smoothies
Great smoothies that arrive freeze dried and have a very long shelf life. All you need to do is blend them with water and ice, and they are SO good! They are sugar free, sweetened with Stevia and Allulose, low carb, great ingredients, nutritious. Serious YUM!

  • Keto Bark Chocolate
This is the best chocolate ever. Sweetened with Monk fruit, and very low carb, I LOVE it! My favorite is the Dark Chocolate Almond with Sea Salt.

  • Chocoperfection
I also love this chocolate. It is sweetened with Chicory Root & Erythritol, smooth and flavorful, low calories and carbs. This chocolate simple melts in your mouth.
  • Cali’flour Foods Pizza Crusts
Here is my recipe with a link to order from the company. You start with the crust, and can then add any and all toppings that sound good to you.

These do NOT taste like Cauliflower! These are really good, handmade with minimal ingredients, and very low digestible carbohydrates. They are a MUST EAT!

  • Zero Carb Bread & Bagels by Thin Slim Foods
If you expect these to taste like yummy homemade bread or bagels you will be disappointed. However, if you are like me, and haven’t eaten real bread in a long time, these are an amazing substitute. I don’t love them untoasted, and if you toast them too long they taste a bit like cardboard (!), However, lightly toasted with butter, cream cheese, or mayo and deli meats, they are really good. Personally, I am so happy to be able to have something sandwich-like.

  • Rebel Ice Cream: Low Carb • High Fat • Keto • No Sugar Added
Rebel is thick, creamy and flavorful. I would not know that it was low carb or sugar free if I didn’t read the labels. I have a whole collections of flavors and love them. It is delivered to your door in dry ice and perfectly frozen. You have to taste it to believe it.

  • Good Good Liquid Stevia
I use liquid Stevia in everything from coffee to slushies, and tea, and my yummy Keto Drink. I use a combination of organic powdered Stevia with the flavored liquids. My collection includes English Toffee, Vanilla Cream, Chocolate, Berry, Orange, Lemon and Peppermint. I have tried many brands and prefer the Good Good brand both because of the price and the flavor, but there are other options. I buy the powdered Organic Trader Joe’s plain powder as well as the liquids online (Ebay and Amazon) because it is much cheaper than buying it in the stores and I use it all the time.

  • Perfect Keto Bars: No added sugar, 10g Protein, Coconut Oil, Collagen, Sea Salt & Stevia
I have found that most Bars have all kinds of sugars, wheat, carbs, and often much worse ingredients. These are the best bars that I have found, with awesome ingredients (including Cacao butter & MCT Oil), and they taste AMAZING. My favorite is definitely the Salted Caramel. but there is a brownie flavored bar that is great warmed up slightly. YUM!

  • Teeccino: Herbal Coffee & Tea
Don’t get me wrong, I AM a coffee lover! However, ever since I started the GEL, I don’t need much caffeine. Plus, I love having something warm and tasty in the evenings. Teecino is about as close to coffee as you can get without the caffeine. I definitely prefer the tea bags since I have never been able to make the coffee grounds taste right. The tea bags are perfect; my favorites are Hazelnut, Vanilla Nut, & Chocolate. I add a variety of stevia flavors and some whole cream. SO GOOD!

  • Parmesan Crisps
These are simply baked and crispy cheese. I definitely miss crunchy foods like potato chips and crispy tortillas, but these are a great substitute, they are keto friendly and low carb. I prefer the original flavor but they are all good. Worth the try!

  • Quevos Egg White Chips
These are great! Crunchy and yummy, and taste almost like regular chips.

  • Genius Gourmet Protein Keto
These are a high protein, Keto snack that I love. My  favorite is the ranch flavored, but I like the nacho flavored also.

  • Dada Cheesy Cauliflower Popcorn Florets
These are my favorite substitute for cheesy popcorn. They are crunchy and flavorful.

  • BeyondChipz Torpillas
These are an awesome chip option. Quite a few flavors and they taste like regular chips; they are so good! I just have to be careful not to eat too many 🙂

  • Coconut Chocolate Peppermint Fat Bombs
These Patties are some serious YUM; they truly are DA BOMB!

They are fun & easy to make with high quality ingredients AND they are low carb and amazing. They freeze well too. I love them and have made them often.

  • Miracle Noodles: My Recipe
The first time I tried to make Miracle Noodles I thought they were disgusting, slimy, and gross. My second try wasn’t much better, so I decided that they weren’t for me. It wasn’t until a year later, when a good friend convinced me to give them another chance, that I fell in love with them. YUM!

The key to these noodles is in the cooking. If you don’t do it right, they turn out slippery and rubbery, and they smell bad. YUCK. In addition, it is important to keep in mind that they will never be quite like ‘real’ pasta, so if that is what you are expecting, you will be disappointed. However, if you live a low carb life style, Miracle Noodles are really yummy and a great addition to any meal plan. I consider them essential 🙂

My favorites are the Angel Hair, the Spaghetti, & the Fettuccine. For someone like me, who hasn’t eaten pasta in years, they truly are a miracle food.

  • Miracle Noodles Instant
These noodles taste amazingly like Spaghetti. They are a bit higher in carbs and contain coconut sugar, but still quite low carb and healthy and most important, they are quick and easy!

  • Taco / Ground Beef  Recipe
I love making huge batches of this and then freezing it in portions. All I need to do from there is heat it up and add anything and everything including Sour Cream, Guacamole, Cheese, and Salsa. This meat is definitely on of my main staples and also a great starter item for a buffet taco salad bar with family and friends.
  • KetoGen4
Some of what makes KetoGen 4 unique is that is has 4 BHB salts and that it is jam packed with vitamins and nutritional supplements. I love how it makes me feel and that I have been able to cut out lots of other supplements since I have been drinking it.

In addition, it tastes good (I add Berry Flavored Stevia to it and it tastes like a juice drink) and  you don’t have to be on the Keto diet to benefit.

If you would like to learn more, have questions, or are interested in KetoGen4, contact the person who sent you to this page. If it was not a distributor, then feel free to click here to contact me, I would be happy to tell you more about it.
